Dom is Alma's Operations Director leading the company’s operational strategy and oversees the successful delivery of key projects. In this capacity, Dom manages global operations, ensures robust risk mitigation, and leads the integration of cutting-edge security technologies and intelligence systems into operations.

With a distinguished 23-year career in the British Army, including a decade with the UK Special Forces, Dom brings unparalleled expertise to the team. Following his military service, he provided specialised consultancy in risk management and intelligence operations, particularly within the extractives sector across East Africa and the Americas.

As Operations Director, Dom is dedicated to strengthening relationships with our existing clients while actively seeking out new opportunities for growth and innovation.
