Alma has a highly experienced management team who have extensive experience in both the private and public sector.

Founder/Chief Executive Officer

Jack founded Alma Risk, with Mark Osborne in early 2015. The company has since grown into a well established business with a diverse list of clients, with contracts and tasks running globally. Previously he was working for Aegis Defence Services as their country manager in Libya. Prior to this he was CEO of a London based security company providing consultancy into East and North Africa. Jack served as an officer in the British Army and saw service in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Founder / Director

Mark is a founding Director of Alma Risk and has responsibility for commercial strategy and business development. Prior to Alma, Mark founded Ambrey Risk, which grew to be the largest maritime security company in the world. He has extensive knowledge in asset protection, maritime risk and delivering security solutions. Mark served for 15 years in the British Army, several of those spent in 22 SAS (UK Special Forces).

Operations Director

Dom is Alma Risks Operations Director. Dom has previously delivered high-level consultancy in asset management and worked in risk and intelligence operations within the extractives sector in both East Africa and the Americas’. In his role of Operations Director he continues to build strong relationships with our existing clients as well as exploit new opportunities. Dom completed a 23-year career in the British army, including 10 years with the UK Special Forces, operating globally in both intelligence gathering and counter terrorism campaigns.

Kirstin joined Alma Risk as the Operations Manager following 15 years in close protection roles operating globally with Government personnel, private clients and their families. Previously Kirstin served in the UK Military and other frontline services bringing a wide range of diverse experiences to Alma Risk. With comprehensive experience working alongside many international security agencies and cultures, Kirstin delivers versatile operational management aligned with Alma Risks tailor made solutions.
