Dedicated to excellence and innovation, Ian combines his military mindset with a deep understanding of the security landscape delivering results that protect and advance the interests of our clients.
Ian joined Alma as the Operations and Future Plans Director in early 2024 bringing with him a range of experience and knowledge. Having served as an Infantry Officerin the British Army for 10-years, he then worked as a security consultant on a range of projects from the employment of UAS and other autonomous systems to decision making and communications.
In his current role, Ian is responsible for operations and client engagement. Ian delivers on large scale projects across all our services but is particularly focused on risk consultancy, training, and travel safety. He is keen to foster an inclusive and positive culture focusing on teamwork, adaptability, and strategic foresight while integrating new technologies to all stages of our operations.
Outside of work Ian is a keen cyclist, spending his time on the roads of the Southeast and further afield when time allows.
